Anthony is an experienced field organizer and researcher. At GSG, he assists clients to identify individuals and organizations whose influence will amplify their cause and win it credibility and support. Some of Anthony’s current and former clients include the New York Public Library, the Educational Alliance, and the Independent Commission on New York City Criminal Justice and Incarceration Reform.
Anthony is a firm believer in the idea that public support is a two-way street. If you want others to support your cause, then you have to know how to help theirs. Applying that mindset means listening to your opposition as much as your allies.
Prior to GSG, Anthony worked as the lead organizer for a healthcare outreach campaign in California’s Central Valley, helping the state become the most successful implementer of the Affordable Care Act. Before that, he worked for the UN Department of Political Affairs and the Human Rights Campaign increase their visibility among minority constituents.
Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from The Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
