Christina Gonzalez has a true passion for people and seeing them shine. She spent 12 years working in film, television, and stage and swapped coasts in 2013 to continue her career of managing talent and productions. After spending time on Broadway, Christina took to the agency stage and now uses her skills (along with a little bit of flare) as GSG’s Manager of Recruitment & Talent.
At GSG, Christina is responsible for developing relationships with candidates who are driven by the mission of the firm and are called to join her team of incredible talent. From application stage to hire, Christina manages the recruitment process, soup to nuts.
Most recently, Christina was the Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager at Purpose, a social impact agency that creates movements for corporations, nonprofits, and philanthropies. In this role, she oversaw every aspect of the recruiting pipeline, as well as the HR platform for all staff in the US and UK.
Christina graduated with degrees in English, Theatre, & Communications. Keeping one foot in the creative space, Christina is the Public Affairs curator for a nonprofit theatre in Times Square. Since setting her NY roots in Brooklyn, Christina has been on a never-ending quest for authentic Mexican food. In her spare time, you can find her whipping up large batches of salsa verde to get her through.
