Laura’s love of politics began at a young age; she likely spent more time watching 60 Minutes with her dad than the Disney Channel.
In college, she was exposed to how quantitatively rigorous politics could be studied and used to impact political outcomes. As a result, she majored in Mathematics and Political Science at Baruch College. Laura has sought to combine her love of numbers with her desire to impact social change as a Database Intern at the Japan Society and Research Analyst for the Baruch College Corporate Social Responsibility-Sustainability Monitor. As an Elections Assistant at GSG, she works with the data and research teams to conduct quantitative research for 2020 election strategy.
When not reading SSRN papers for fun, Laura can be found roaming through her native New York City looking for new neighborhoods to run in, yoga classes to take, or falafel to eat.
